Case Study on Project Dell Coupon (Started Mar 2010)

This is a project partnering with Dell Asia Pacific third party affiliate network. (It’s almost impossible for a small company in our size to arrange any deal with Dell). The idea of this project is simple – We form an alliance with the third party affiliate network and push the Dell Asia Pacific sales through coupon website.

Throughout the project, we’ve setup 3 regional websites.
Dell Coupon Malaysia for Malaysia campaign.
Dell Coupon Singapore for Singapore campaign.
Dell Coupon China for China campaign.

All these regional coupon websites are setup and fine tuned with the search engine optimization in mind.
We are glad that these websites are positioned well in Google.com, Google local, Yahoo, and even Baidu! (The top search engine in China)

Other than SEO, we also promote the websites through social network and forums. These are some effective and low cost online marketing solutions especially for products that people love to share with their friends when they “benefit” from it.

As a result, Dell Asia Pacific makes more sales and the third party affiliate network establish their brand by delivering the result. In this project, we run our role as the front man perfectly by engaging targeted potential customers and convert them to Dell customers.

This is a good example for any big corporate who wish to extend their marketing strategies to the online world. It works like a charm!
